Evolve Group is a leading independent care home business, operating 8 care homes across south-west England.  They were our key founding social care client partner, helping us to develop and implement the new Dynamis People Solutions permanent recruitment staffing model.

Having had a number of poor experiences recruiting overseas staff via various methods and suppliers, Evolve Group wanted to develop a new resourcing model.  So, together with partners Indago Training and Ed2Careers, we helped create a training and recruitment model that has successfully placed over 150  new high-quality care staff, out of a total of c.800 staff across their UK care homes. 

As a result, they’ve enjoyed reduced costs, improved retention rates and facilitated better care provision.
