Working with our partners, Ed2Careers, Artemis Hospitals and Dynamis Global, we source, train and place high-quality candidates who have completed our bespoke, UK-led social care skills development program.
This program has been designed to help qualified Indian healthcare professionals develop the additional technical and social skills they need to grow their careers in adult social care in the UK.

With a UK-led training team based in the Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon, Delhi, all our candidates receive c.150 hours of specialist, UK compliant training over an 8-week period, including 6 weeks modular online and webinar training, and in-person practical classroom training and assessment.
We cover a wide range of topics, grounded in real life care home experiences, including bespoke specific 'cultural' aspects to reflect the location of our client vacancies.
Once you interview and select your candidates and confirm a job offer, we complete all documentation and visa application (& help with ‘Sponsorship’ certification, if required), so your candidate is ready to work in the UK with the minimum of hassle, for the same cost as a standard UK 'permanent' recruitment fee.
