Working with our partners, we offer access to candidates who have completed our new, fully bespoke, social care skills development program (CQC & Care Inspectorate compliant), designed to help already qualified Indian healthcare professionals develop the additional skills, and achieve the training and support they need to grow their careers in adult social care in the UK.
With a dedicated, UK-led training team based in Gurgaon, near Delhi, all our candidates have received c.150 hours of specialist, UK compliant training over an 8-week period, including 6 weeks of modular online and webinar training and 2 week's classroom in-person practical training, assessment and learning
This research-led program covers a wide range of topics, grounded in real life care home experiences, including specific 'cultural' aspects depending on the location of our key client partner vacancies. We can also add bespoke training elements to better match any specific client requirements.
All candidates already hold Indian healthcare qualifications with practical work experience (including nursing), have completed all relevant documentation checks, and are available for consideration by Home Office licenced UK care business client employers.
Once we match you with a high quality candidate and they secure a job offer, Dynamis can complete all documentation, handle the visa application (& ‘Sponsorship’ certification, if required), so your candidate is ready to work in the UK with the minimum of hassle, and for the cost of a standard UK candidate
