Meet our leadership team.
Director, Partnerships & Development
Peter has gained a huge depth of experience in recruitment, people management and sales and marketing with a number of leading commercial organisations.
With a mix of that recruitment sector experience and, some pretty challenging personal family experience within the social care sector, Peter was motivated to co-found Dynamis People Solutions.
"With huge vacancy numbers, poor regulation and control of this overseas recruitment sector, and too many scam 'employers', overseas recruitment can be scary for both employers and overseas candidates alike. We were motivated to develop a better solution, so along with our partners in India and the UK, we did!"
Director, UK Partnerships
With extensive experience in a senior role within SDI and the Scottish Government, Allan has developed a huge network and range of experience with overseas commercial business and investment partners, in various sectors.
Alongside his other experience in the business and property finance, and charity sectors, Allan was key in helping to identify and develop our overseas partner network and helping to shape our unique, integrated and scalable overseas training & recruitment model.
Allan believed we had a unique opportunity to provide a more professional, affordable and reliable overseas recruitment solution for the social care sector, so helped co-found Dynamis People Solutions to do just that!
