Working with partners in Delhi, we’ve created a completely new, fully bespoke, 'Skills for Care' recognised social carer skills development programme to help qualified Indian nursing professionals develop the skills, and achieve the training and support they need to grow their careers in adult social care in the UK.
From our dedicated training team in our medical training centre in Gurgaon, near Delhi, our candidates receive a minimum of 150 hours of specialist, UK compliant training over a 6-week modular programme, including:

2. Foundation of Age Care
3. Care Planning & Assessment
4. Practical Care Skills
5. Behaviour Skills in Care Giving
6. Practical Care Techniques
7. UK Quality & Safety Standards
8. Documentation & Compliance
9. Skills Based on pre-Intervention
10. Nutrition & Hydration
All candidates accepted onto the course must already hold Indian nursing qualifications with at least 6 months+ practical work experience, and undergo our rigorous documentation checks and pre-training selection interview to secure their place.
