Overseas recruitment comes with significant challenges and can be complicated, labour intensive and expensive.  Add to that a number of unethical suppliers out there, it can also be risky.

Both Care England and Scotland's NES ‘Centre for Workforce Supply’ research published in early 2024, highlight the significant benefits and opportunities available from overseas recruitment, versus a typical myriad of issues and risks involved, with a wide range of employer expertise levels and often relatively high costs per placement.

Given all these issues and the perceptions of high cost and high risk, together with our partners we worked with a progressive, independent care home business in the south of England to develop, test and refine a new fully compliant ‘end-to-end’, training-led overseas recruitment solution, covering every step in the process.

The end results have delivered over 160 trained, high quality overseas social care staff into that business (within the first 14 months 'test' period), with significantly reduced staff attrition rates and related recruitment costs - and, the client also confirming the improvement in the standard of care, and the range of care solutions they can now provide.

Now, we are now able to offer other partner employer care home businesses access to this unique, high quality, fully compliant, ethical, and comprehensive training and recruitment solution to provide quality, fully trained overseas care staff, for a lot less than you probably think.

Bespoke, UK-led training and candidate selection from a single high-quality source - all documentation, travel and visa ready to work in the UK.  Without the 'hassle'.
